The Lindend honey has a liquid consistency, an intense, fragranto and sweet flavor with a fresh aftertaste. It has a fine crystallization, the color is a light amber, that canges from ivory to beige. We recommend its use to sweeten balsamic herbal teas, but always at room temperature, in this way it doesent’t lose its benefixial qualities. Interesting combinations for this type of honey are also with sweet and sour sauces, where it gives a very fresh final note.
