Wild cherry is part of the cherry family and it’s a peculiarity of Marche region, it’s very appreciated, loved and refined. This creamy and fresh jam, with pleasently bitter aftertaste, is exclusively made with Italian, Fresh and wild cherry, when ripe on the plant. The jam is based only on seasonal fruit, frozen ingredient, dyes, preservatives, thickners and pectin are not used. We recommend using it on freshly toasted bread or on rusks for a rich breakfast or for a delicious and healthy snack. Particularly suitable for use in pastry, for filling cakes and biscuits. Excellent for enriching pancakes and waffles, for a more particular and international breakfast. It’s ideal the pairing with all types of cheeses. Try using it also with bresaola, rocket and ricotta rolls, for a delicious and quick recipe.
