This jam presents a vivid and unaltered color; because of the little quantity of sugar, you can recognize and appriciate the sweet and at the same time sour taste, typical of apricot. It’s exclusively made by Italian, fresh and organic apricots, when ripe on the plant. The jam is based only on seasonal fruit, frozen ingredient, dyes, preservatives, thickners and pectin are not used.
We recommend using it on freshly toasted bread or on rusks for a rich breakfast or for a delicious and healthy snack. Particularly suitable for use in pastry, for filling cakes and biscuits. Excellent for enriching pancakes and waffles, for a more particular and international breakfast.
