The Eucalyptus honey has a compact consistency, a medium amber color that tends to gry when it crystallizes. It releases a strong and particular aroma; it has a balsamic flavor with a light licorice aftertaste. This honey is excellent as seasoning for low-fat cheeses, like: first salt, greek feta or for very aged cheeses, like Parmesan cheese and Grana Padano. Usable also as sweetner fot tea or to combine with a natural yogurt.
