This jam is soft and creamy with a pulp that reveals the consistency of the pieces of the fruit on the palate. It’s exclusively made with Italian, fresh and Organic Plums, when ripe on the plant. The jam is based only on seasonal fruit and brown sugar cane, frozen ingredient, dyes, preservatives, thickners and pectin are not used.
We recommend using it on freshly toasted bread or on rusks for a rich breakfast or for a delicious and healthy snack. Particularly suitable for use in pastry, for filling cakes and biscuits. Excellent for enriching pancakes and waffles, for a more particular and international breakfast. It’s also ideal to create a special roast sauce.
