The Dame di Visciola are wild cherries in syrup, obteined in full respect of their tradition.
To making them, you have to take fresh wild cherries, put them in large glass jar, add sugar and wait for the magic to happen in the sun. You’ll have a natural and tasty juice, rich in scents and and a still soft sour cherry, great to garnish sweets and cakes, for mornings with pancakes and, for the most demanding palates, as a sweet and sour sauce to accompany meat.
Only italian sour cherries and sugar are used, there is no thickners, like pectin, added or other spices. An all natural taste.
