Our extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed (at less than 27°). It’s composed by a mix of marchigian olives ( Frantoio Mignola, Raggia and a little bit of Leccino).
It has a medium fruity taste, with a scarcely almond aftertaste. It’s perfect to embellishing all the dishes.
It’s important to always use it raw to enhance the aromas and to give an extra touch to the dish. It’s great on meat, on a steak for example, or on a salad as a dressing. Alternatively also on pasta just plated or on a soup to enhance its flavor.
