The Millefiori honey is one of the most common and widespread. It’s produced from the nectar of various species of flowers; as his name suggests it’s multi-floral. It has an high crystallization. The color is yellow that could be more or less intense, it changes according to the areas, to the season and to flowers involved. It has a very delicate flavor and thi characteristic makes it very usable in the kitchen; indeed you can use it in hot drinks as sweetner, in cakes and pies and as a gasket for salades.
