The Citrus Honey has a thick consistency, an intense and fragrant aroma, that recalls that of citrus fruits. It crystallizes very fast and its color is very light, that tends to white or beige. We suggest to use it to sweeten balsamic hot drinks, but always at room temperature not to disperse its benefic qualities. Interesting combinations for this type of honey are also with sweet, savoury foods and cheeses, with which it gives a very fragrant final note.
