This sweet and fruity jam is made exclusively with Italian, fresh and organic Angelica pears, when ripe on the palnt.
Frozen ingredients are not used and there is no pectin added.
The Angelica pear is an ancient fruit rediscovered and recovered only in recent years, it is a delicacy that is grown especially in the Marche region. It has a firm and creamy consistency, its pulp is white and has a sweet and fruity flavour on the palate.
This jam is exclusively made with Italian, fresh Angelica pear, when ripe on the plant. The jam is based only on seasonal fruit and organic brown sugar, frozen ingredient, dyes, preservatives, thickners and pectin are not used.
We recommend using it on freshly toasted bread or on rusks for a rich breakfast or for a delicious and healthy snack. Particularly suitable for use in pastry, for filling cakes, tarts and biscuits. Also excellent to accompany cheeses, especially the fresh and soft ones, which tend to be sweet.
