it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.<\/li>\n<li>By law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>The shipment, until certification of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Fabrizi Family is in no way responsible for damage or theft\/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Fabrizi Family will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days), to allow them to file a claim against the courier and obtain any refund.
